Hey, Jackson had another 4th of July. It happened at the fair grounds as the JACKSON CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING celebrated the 11th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act Thursday, July 26 from 4 til 8 pm. Over 25 EXHIBITORS came from across the state and as far away as Texas. Peole learned to use the voting machine and even registered to vote at the JCIL DEAF SERVICES booth. Alan Flewitt, Director of ANGEL FLIGHT, was one of our many United Way partners attending. For the kids we had the Dandee Jumper, face painting and animal balloons. Sandy McDiamiad with Recreation and Parks also be set up an art table for the children and Ron Taye did facing painting. PRESENTERS included Trish
